All schools should have quality PE programs in every state. Instead of getting exercise by playing outside, kids are sitting down inside playing video games and surfing the Internet. Students are now living more sedentary lives. The use of technology can be great, but this has led to children not exploring outside and the social aspect of team sports. I think society as a whole has to focus on nutrition.
